The output of ten commonly used non-ferrous metals in China increased by 4.3% in 2022.

In 2022, the output of China's ten commonly used non-ferrous metals was 67.743 million tons, an increase of 4.3 per cent over the previous year in terms of comparable caliber. 

Of this total, the output of refined copper was 11.063 million tons, up 4.5 percent over the previous year; the output of primary aluminum was 40.214 million tons, up 4.5 percent over the previous year; and the output of industrial silicon was about 3.35 million tons, up about 24 percent over the same period last year.
