On the morning of June 6, the upper block of the Enping 18-6 oil production platform with a total weight of more than 14000 tons set sail on the "offshore oil 228" barge at the construction site of the offshore oil project in Zhuhai to the sea of Enping oilfields in the South China Sea.
A number of construction technologies of the platform have been pioneered, which can provide Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area with stable and reliable oil and gas resources after it is put into production this year.
According to Li Zhenning, development project manager of Enping Oilfield Group of CNOOC Shenzhen Branch, Enping 18-6 platform is an oil and gas drilling and production platform that integrates drilling, production and life. The operating water depth is about 98 meters, about 200 kilometers southwest of Shenzhen. Enping 18-6 and Panyu 19-1 oilfields will be developed at the same time.
After preliminary treatment, the crude oil produced by the platform will be transported to the "offshore oil 118" storage tanker for treatment, storage, and then exported to coastal refineries.
The upper part of the platform, which is 77.5m long and 36m wide, has a deck area the size of seven basketball courts and weighs 14111 tons, equivalent to the weight of 10, 000 household cars.
Due to the adoption of standardized and digital construction, the construction period is only 8.5 months, which is nearly 5 months shorter than that of similar platforms.
The technician subdivides the block structure into 15 parts, fully expands the prefabricated working surface of the deck plate, and the maximum lifting weight is more than 560 tons, thus shortening the hoisting operation time, and the total assembly time of the structure is only 82 days.
According to Yu Zeqiang, general manager of the joint development project of Enping 18-6 oil field / Panyu 19-1 oil field, the block construction process realizes digital design, digital construction, digital management and digital delivery, and improves the efficiency of project construction.
In addition, the platform also passed the construction scheme without cap in the non-slide area for the first time, breaking the barrier of the traditional cap construction scheme, and saving the construction period of nearly 2 months than the traditional way.
The upper block of Enping 18-6 platform will be towed for 21 hours and is expected to arrive at the installation area at 7: 00 on the 7th.
The platform will use floating operation to complete the offshore installation, that is, with the help of the natural forces of the tide and ship load regulation and other construction technology, accurate docking with the jacket previously installed on the seafloor to complete load transfer.
