The siloxane deep processing project of Hesheng Silicon Industry is put into production.

Recently, according to the news from China Fluorosilicon Organic material Industry Association, the production of 200000 tons / year siloxane and downstream deep processing project of coal electricity and silicon integration project of Xinjiang Hesheng Silicon Industry New material Co., Ltd. brings 1.4 million tons / year silicone monomer production capacity to Hesheng silicon industry. 

At present, the total domestic production capacity of organosilicon monomers in Hesheng Silicon Industry has been close to 1.8 million tons / year, making it the largest organosilicon enterprise in the world. 

The new production project is located in the northern part of Shanshan Stone Industrial Park in Turpan, Xinjiang, and plans to produce hydrogen-containing silicone oil, high-boiling silicone oil, 107 raw rubber, mixed gas phase rubber and other products. 

The project includes two production systems of siloxane and deep processing, in which the siloxane production system has two production lines with an annual production capacity of 100000 tons. 

It is reported that Hesheng Silicon Industry has built digital intelligent manufacturing bases in Xinjiang, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Yunnan, Heilongjiang and other places, including organosilicon production projects in Jiaxing, Zhejiang and Luzhou, Sichuan.
